Joseph Perez Sr. spent twenty-plus years building South Florida's roads — H&R Paving, Metro Express Engineering, and daily work for Miami-Dade Public Works — before putting the family name on the door in 2011.
Today his son Joseph Jr., a Florida International University Construction Management graduate, runs the company: Jason on estimating and operations, Jheremy on project management. One standard on every job — build it like the county is inspecting, because most days it is. Crews work in English and Spanish, and clients deal directly with the family.
